700 Form Series Training

Description

This is an on-demand self-paced eLearning course.  Each module is approximately 10 minutes long.  You can stop and resume at any point during the training.  The course may be repeated as often as you wish.  At the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Submit accurate donor form data to NMDP and CIBMTR using the FormsNet3 application to meet center reporting requirements.
  • Understand shows which forms are required to be submitted at specified time points
  • Learn the mandatory requirements of PBSC protocol
  • Follow procedure for submission of correction forms
  • Meet continuous process improvement expectations to remain in good standing.

Target Audience

These nine modules are for Donor Center and Apheresis and Collection Center staff responsible for accurately completing and submitting the 700 Series Forms to NMDP and CIBMTR.
