Program overview
During this webinar, our expert transplant and hematology/oncology speakers will discuss the latest advances in post-hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) care and best practices in long-term screening after transplant.
As eligibility and access to HCT and other cell therapies continue to expand, supportive care post-HCT becomes increasingly critical for long-term outcomes and quality of life. Understanding the best practices in post-HCT screening, vaccination and early detection of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) can help ensure that patients not only survive but thrive after HCT.
This discussion is tailored for hematologists/oncologists who refer out for transplant and cell therapies as well as for transplant physicians to highlight the role of sharing care to improve patient access and outcomes.
