Transgender Donor Health Assessments
Description
This webinar focuses on working with our transgender donors during the health assessment portion of the process.
Learning Objectives
- Document and find previously documented donor information in STAR Link regarding preferred name, gender, and pronouns
- Assess and document which questions and applicable sub-questions of the HHSQ need to be completed
- Communicate and answer PE provider questions on whether GU exams need to be performed, and how to complete the Addendum to the Physical Exam (F00806) question on MSM contact
- Complete Forms 700 and 705, scheduling pregnancy tests and assessments as needed
- Assess and document relevant eligibility questions relating to sexual contact
