Case Progress Report

The Patient Case Progress Report is an easy-to-read search monitoring and decision-making tool available via MatchSource^®.

Generated with the click of a button, the Patient Case Progress Report provides relevant source information that allows transplant centers to:

• Visualize search progress at a moment in time
• Compare multiple source attributes to one another when choosing a patient’s stem cell source for transplant

Each Patient Case Progress Report includes:

• Information about the patient, including name, patient ID, HLA typing, and other demographic information
• Data about all NMDP and cooperative registry sources — adult donors and cord blood units — that you’ve requested

How to Generate a Patient Case Progress Report

Link to Training or follow these instructions. From the Case Progress screen (e.g., All Active, All Released) in MatchSource:

1. Choose whether to include all sources, open sources, closed sources or pending sources
2. Click on the export button located in the top right corner
3. Select whether to generate the report as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet
4. Click “Create Report”
