What the data now show about MMUD HCT

Kaplan-Meier survival curves showing overall survival (OS) probability over 12 months for 268 subjects in the ACCESS clinical trial. The analysis compares outcomes for recipients of 7/8 HLA matched grafts (light blue line, n=183) and <7/8 HLA matched grafts (purple line, n=85). At 1 year, the 7/8 cohort OS is 79% and the <7/8 cohort OS is 86%. Data presented by Al Malki et al., at ASH 2025.
